What times and days can I make a booking for?
We host birthday parties on weekends with set start and finishing times. We have our online booking system with up-to-date availability or you are welcome to reach out to us via the inquiry form, or phone.
Weekday parties may be available over the school holidays. Please contact us directly to enquire about these availabilities.
What do parents do during the party?
We have a veranda with tables and chairs at the front of our shop for parents to relax, you are welcome to bring with you any food or drinks. Parents are also welcome to come in and out of the party room as they wish
How many guests can we invite?
Each package covers you for 8 guests and the birthday child. Additional guests can be added to each party with the maximum number allowed varying with each party room. For maximum number and costs please look at our Prices Page here
Are your parties only for Girls / Boys?
No. Boys or girls can attend or have any party theme. our "Girls parties" and "Boys parties" are suggestion as to who might like a particular theme. Not a requirement for attendance.
When do we confirm how many guest will be attending?
Please confirm with us how many guest will be attending at the latest the day before your party. You can let us know by phone, email, or even a Facebook message.
Please note that you will be charged for the number of guests you have confirmed with us. If your numbers change before your party please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately if food and other preparations have already been made for your original numbers you will be charged for that many guests.
Are your parties restricted to a certain age?
While we tailor each of our parties to the age group of the children attending we recommend that any parties with children 3 and under attending have one of our Enchanted Fairy Parties as this room is the most suited for our littlest guests.
